Payment OptionsPayment in Full. All tuition and charges are to be paid in full by March 3, 2008 for the full term unless another option is selected below.Tuition Management Systems. Payment plans are available through Tuition Management Systems. Plans are interest free with a $70 (per school year) registration fee. www.afford.com/lccs Employer/Church Payment Plan. If a student’s employer or church agrees to cover the cost of tuition and fees within the first month of the semester, the student must provide documentation from the company stating this arrangement (a letter on company letterhead or appropriate company forms with all required signatures). The college will provide the employer or church with a detailed listing of all charges. Employer or Church Reimbursement Plan. Some employers or churches will reimburse tuition costs for their employees or attendees after the student has successfully completed a college course. However, students are responsible for all tuition and fee payments by normal payment dates, and for providing employers with necessary grade documentation. All current semester costs must be paid in full before proceeding to the next semester. Tuition Refund PolicyPlease Note: Dropping courses or withdrawal from the program will negatively affect financial aid awards. To receive a refund, all withdrawals must be done in writing and will be recorded on the student’s transcript.Students who want to formally drop a class are entitled to the following tuition refunds: 100% prior to the beginning of the class, 50% prior to the second class session, and 0% after the start of the second class session. Those who officially withdraw from the program before the beginning of the first class in a semester will receive a full refund.
